PERFORMANCE


Presented as part of Honour Plays—a program that also encompassed November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women—this work is framed as a feminist critique of power, separatism, and violence as they manifest in society. The performance takes as its central material Beyoğlu, the timeless heart of Istanbul. Staged as a work in progress, the performance is the result of a ten-day residency.
